Assembling
We assemble the Torque Converters with our proffessional staffs according to original specifications given by the manufacturers. We are specialized on Torque Converters and there are some main important points that we follow during the assembly. The clearance between the stator and turbine, and the clearance between the stator and impeller (A,B as shown in figure) are checked item by item while assembling. Also the bolts are tightened with required torque (1,2,3,6,7,8 as shown in figure). All the torque converter groups are sectioned before mass producing to see the integrity of each parts inside of the converter. By this way we compare our parts with original specifications and we can see any missing point in the converter.
Why integrity so important ?
Blade curves and positions of each part in a converter is very sensitive and directly effects the performance of the torque converter. Integrity of each items can be seen in a sectioned torque converter and if necessary we make the necessary modification.
Also sectioned Torque Converters gives as an ability to see the oil passages of the carriers and by this way we can follow the oil direction and see the oil goes in to exact way.
